In November 2001 the restaurant "Es Brollador" opens its doors, at number 10 of Passeig del Rei, in Esporles. It is located on the ground floor of an old traditional village house, renovated to host the cafeteria and bar inside, a glazed dining room and a beautiful interior patio. It is in this patio where we find the small little fountain ("brollador" in Mallorcan) that presides over it and gives its name to the restaurant.
The Nadal siblings (Rafael, Juan and María), in charge of the project, offer their visitors a familiar and close treatment, as well as a relaxed and traditional atmosphere where enjoying the best Mediterranean food, based, chiefly, on the quality of its ingredients.
